Full bedroom refurbishment. All woodwork stripped back and sanded to bare wood, trimmed at the bottom to allow for flooring to slip under, primed and re-painted in satin wood paint. All walls and ceiling filled and sanded to remove flaky un bonded old paint and re-painted in white soft sheen emulsion. All corners and skirting board/architrave edges re caulked. Radiator removed to paint behind properly and then re-installed. Some floorboards replaced and remaining ones sanded to remove cupping and any large gaps filled. Floor lined with hardboard before covering in self adhesive cork tiles. Cork flooring varnished once laid. Bedroom door and cupboard door painted in satin wood paint.
